1. What types of art do you sell?
All of the artwork available here is original and one-of-a-kind. I currently work in acrylic and watercolour, and each piece is handmade with care. At this stage, I do not offer prints or reproductions.
2. Are the artworks original or reproductions?
Every piece is an original, created by hand—no reproductions or prints are sold on this site.
3. How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, select your chosen piece, and click “Add to Cart.” When you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely for your peace of mind.
5. How is the artwork packaged?
Each artwork is carefully wrapped and securely boxed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Protective materials are used to guard against damage during shipping.
6. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 weeks of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.
7. What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement or refund.
8. Can I return or exchange a piece?
Because each piece is original and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. Please choose carefully, and feel free to contact me with any questions before purchasing.
9. Do you offer custom or commissioned artwork?
If you have a particular idea or vision in mind, please reach out through the contact page or email me directly to discuss your project.
